· To communicate with the clients throughout the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
· To draft and review patent applications, and handle the Office Actions and other official notifications during prosecution of patent applications.
1) Bachelor’s degree or above in ORGANIC CHEMISTRY, LIFE SCIENCE, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING, or related fields; having passed the National Patent Agent Qualification Test.
2) Proficient in communicating in Japanese at least in writing.
3) Abilities to handle patent applications in Japanese (referring to the applications enteringChinafromJapanunder PCT orParisConvention) independently.
4) Abilities to handle the Office Actions for Japanese cases, and preferred more than two years of experience in related art.
