On December 2^nd, Zhongguancun Blockchain Industry Alliance held the third session of the committee of the Innovation and Application Competition of China Blockchain Industry in Tsinghua University in preparation of the First Innovation and Application Competition of China Blockchain Industry. Dr. Xiaodong Li, president of BEIP, attended the session as an intellectual property expert, introduced the potential intellectual property disputes that could arise during the competition, and provided corresponding customized solutions.

BEIP was appointed as the Competition’s one-stop legal service provider. Under Dr. Li’s leadership, BEIP selected experts from patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret practice divisions to attend the entire Competition, which BEIP will set up intellectual property consulting booth to provide opinions on intellectual property disputes.

Over 40 delegates from various industries, government departments and academia attended the session, including Research Institute of Information Technology Tsinghua University, Microsoft Asia-Pacific Research and Development Group, and BEIP.
