Mr. Jason Wang was Invited by Asia IP to Comment on the Copyright of Intangible Goods

Recently, Mr. Jason Wang, the managing partner at Beijing East IP Law Firm, was invited by Asia IP to comment on the issues related to the Chinese Copyright Law.  Mr. Jason Wang analyzed various issues, such as the exhaustion doctrine from the perspective of the Chinese Copyright Law, the differences between the electronic copyrighted goods on the second-hand market and the traditional market, the reselling of the copyright on the second-hand market and the traditional market, the reselling of the physical copyrighted goods and intangible copyrighted goods.

The Asia IP is a famous intellectual property (IP) magazine in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in 2008, Asia IP has been particularly focused on the IP related matters in Asia.
