Zhang Yongyu gave a keynote speech at an online seminar organized by IIP

Zhang Yongyu, the patent attorney of Beijing East IP, gave a keynote speech on “Introduction to the Fourth Revision of the Patent Law” at an online seminar organized by Japan Institute of Intellectual Property (IIP),on December 2, 2020.

In the question-and-answer session after the speech, the participants raised various questions. It can be seen that, Japanese companies and Japanese intellectual property practitioners are very concerned about the revision of the Patent Law.

Beijing East IP will continue to pay attention to the follow-up implementation regulations, review guidelines and other laws that are compatible with the fourth revision of the Patent Law, and share them with you in a timely manner.
