On January 22, 2013, Beijing East IP Law Firm and Beijing East IP Ltd. received a favorable decision from Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court on behalf of a top hotel with world-wide reputation (the “Hotel” hereinafter) represented by Beijing East IP Law Firm and Beijing East IP Ltd.. The court decision supported the Hotel’s arguments, reversed the decision of the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board, and recognized the Hotel’s mark in Class 42 as well-known mark.
