Dr. Lulin GAO Chaired the TRIPs Panel for the WTO at 20 Conference

On July 4th, Dr. Lulin GAO was invited by Yuejiao ZHANG, China’s first woman justice of Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization (WTO), to chair the TRIPs Panel for the WTO at 20: Multilateral Trading System, Dispute Settlement and Developing Countries Conference held in Tsinghua University, Beijing.

Dr. Lulin GAO chaired the panel with five distinctive speakers Matthew Kennedy, Professor of University of International Business and Economics School of Law, Fuli CHEN, Deputy Director General of the Department of Treaty and Law of the Ministry of Commerce of China, Shujie FENG, Professor of Tsinghua University School of Law, Ernst-Ulrich Petersmann, Professor of European University Institute, and Guohua YANG, Professor of Tsinghua University School of Law.
