On April 9, 2013, Beijing East IP Ltd. received a favorable decision from Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center (ADNDRC) Hong Kong office, which dismissed all the claims in a complaint filed by East IP Inc., an entity domiciled in Cayman Islands, British West Indies.

The trademark infringement and unfair competition case for a worldwide famous portal and Internet search engine is selected as a candidate of the TOP 10 IP Cases handled by Guangdong Courts in 2012. The 26 candidates include 6 cases involving foreign parties including Apple (the iPad trademark case), Louis Vuitton (Trademark and unfair competition case), and Sony (Patent case).

On February 28, 2013, the Trademark Adjudication and Review Board (TRAB) organized and hosted The Forum Regarding Case Acceptance in Trademark Review and Adjudications Process (Forum). The Vice Director of the TRAB, Ms. Jiahua HUANG, presided over the Forum with numerous agencies representatives around the country.

On March 4, 2013, Beijing East IP Law Firm received a favorable re-trial decision rendered by China Supreme Court.
In 2009, China Supreme Court ordered Beijing High Court to hear the re-trial case according to the protest raised by China Supreme Procuratorate and the client Shanghai Duck King Restaurant (Shanghai Duck King) domiciled in Shanghai represented by Beijing East IP Law Firm.
