Ms. Sumin DENG joined Beijing EAST IP Ltd. in 2014.She graduated from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication with a master’s degree in Electronic Science and Technology, and graduated from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Information Engineering . After joining Beijing EAST IP Ltd.., she was dispatched to the US to participate in a short-term training with respect to American patent practice.In addition to typical inbound and outbound patent services, she is also responsible for patent drafting, invalidation, litigation, and consulting, etc. She has extensive experience in outbound patent prosecution. She has drafted a large number of patent applications for global filing. These patent applications need to be drafted in accordance with drafting requirements of US lawyers, and can only be submitted after reviewed and approved by US IPRs. Moreover, she has responding to a large number of outbound office actions, for which her billing hours is about 1,200 hours.With a high sense of responsibility and excellent ability, she can provide high-quality patent services.

Ms. YANG has assisted a wide range of clients from around the world in numerous patent applications for global filing. She also provides clients with services in various stages of a patent life cycle, including patent drafting, reexamination, invalidation, prosecution, and consulting. She has vast experience in filings outside of China. Ms. Yang is conscientious and responsible, and can provide high-quality services in filings outside of China.

Ms. Peng joined Beijing East IP in 2008 and has more than 15 years of experience in patent agency practice, involving all stages of the patent life cycle, including drafting, application, reexamination, invalidation and litigation. In her early years, Ms. Peng devoted herself to helping multinational companies manage their patent applications and patent portfolios in China. International clients she served include Sony, NEC, Ebay, Yahoo! , Cisco, Avaya, Agilent, etc. In recent years, Ms. Peng has begun to provide Chinese companies with patent services both in China and abroad. The companies she serves include Huawei, China Mobile, Alibaba, Ant Financial, Vivo, Momo, Changyou, Meitu, Nuctech, Goldwind, CATL, Visionox, Tianma, etc. In addition to patent application services, Ms. Peng also provides clients with consulting advice on corporate IP strategy and management.

Ms. SANG has joined the electrical department of Beijing East IP for more than ten years. She has extensive experiences in the patent drafting and prosecution related matters. In the past years, she has handled about 600 new applications and responded to about 1,500 office actions. Most of those new applications and office actions were entrusted by multiple famous domestic and foreign countries.

Ms. SANG is in familiarity with requirements of PCT and foreign applications and had handled a lot of applications and OA matters including, but not limited to U.S., Europe, India, Singapore, Canada, Russia, and thus has rich experiences in handling of foreign applications.

Ms. SANG graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and earned her master degree in Material Physics and Chemistry. She can handle patent application in the field of communication technology, computer science, image processing, and semiconductor industrial process, electrical and electronic circuits and so on.
