On July 4th, Dr. Lulin GAO was invited by Yuejiao ZHANG, China’s first woman justice of Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization (WTO), to chair the TRIPs Panel for the WTO at 20: Multilateral Trading System, Dispute Settlement and Developing Countries Conference held in Tsinghua University, Beijing.
On June 5, 2015, the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Online Dispute Resolution Center (CIETAC ODRC) and the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Center (ADNDRC) co-hosted the “Online Dispute Resolution in the Internet-Plus Era” seminar in Beijing. More than 170 representatives of judges, scholars, attorneys at law, trademark attorneys, domain name registrants, and corporate representatives from China, South Korea, Malaysia, Spain, France, and Hong Kong attended the seminar. Associate Director and Secretary-General Jianlong YU of CIETAC delivered the welcome remarks representing the host. Associated Director Lin QI of CNNIC and Director Zheng SONG of ICCAN Beijing Cooperation Center also delivered opening speech.
